Yoga tradition and its benefits for the world

Yoga as a tradition is very famous today and without the same most of people can’t start up their days. As yoga offers unlimited benefits to our body, mind, and soul, this should be taken into consideration as a priority. All these elements are used by all in order to meet the needs of the people. It must be noted that yoga is one of these traditions and its origins are rooted in the soils of the Indus Valley, which is beneath the Himalayan Mountains, where Northern India and Pakistan today.
